Sablon Jas Hujan is the brand that specializes in custom screen printing on PVC raincoats. It exists as a focused product line inside the Angga Print workshop in Cibinong, Bogor — which has produced screen printing and digital printing work since 2003. The brand emerged from a recurring request we kept hearing from event customers: off-the-shelf raincoats lose their print fast, but events have to keep running through rainy season. So we set up a dedicated production line for custom raincoats whose print stays sharp even in the wettest conditions.

Workshop & team

Our workshop is in Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor, with a team of 10+ people responsible at every stage: design, color separation, screen prep, manual screen printing, welded stitching, quality control, packing, and shipping. For the raincoat line specifically, we keep separate equipment: squeegees designed for non-porous PVC, PVC-grade inks that cannot be mixed with textile inks, and a temperature-controlled curing room to ensure perfect print adhesion. Overall workshop capacity across all sub-brands is 50,000+ pcs per month.

PVC material specialization

PVC is not a forgiving substrate for standard screen printing. The surface is non-porous — ink cannot "absorb" the way it does on cotton. We use manual screen printing with PVC-grade inks that form a chemical bond with the plastic surface, not just a surface deposit. The curing process is also different from textiles: it requires specific temperature and time to prevent the print from cracking after the raincoat is repeatedly folded and unfolded inside a motorbike bag or backpack. Every production batch goes through a 24-hour water-exposure test before shipping. If any print lifts or fades in that test, we reprint before the order leaves our hands.

Our customers

Most orders come from outdoor event committees (bazaars, brand activations, community gatherings), motorcycle touring communities who need weather-proof matching gear, ride-hailing and delivery fleet operators who want their brand identity visible in the rain, and corporate teams sourcing rainy-season giveaway merchandise. We handle orders from small committees needing a few dozen units up to fleet operators needing 5,000 pcs. Minimum order is 50 pcs. If you have a deadline and a design, we're ready to move.
